How AFIX works for plumbers

AFIX is designed to remove the time and hassle of quoting, admin, and chasing payments.

Instead of pricing jobs yourself, AFIX sets clear service pricing so you can focus on completing the work.

When a customer books through our platform, the job is matched to a plumber based on location and availability. You’ll receive the job details and can attend ready to complete the work.

All payments are handled through AFIX, so there’s no need to invoice or follow up. Funds are released after the job is completed and approved, with payouts made weekly.

During our launch phase, plumbers keep 100% of their earnings. A platform commission may be introduced in the future, with clear notice provided in advance.

AFIX is built to give you consistent, straightforward work without the usual back-and-forth.

What to expect on jobs

Jobs are pre-booked by customers through the AFIX website

Service type and details are provided upfront

If the issue differs, confirm with customer before proceeding

No work proceeds without customer approval for additional costs

You complete the job and upload photo confirmation

All earnings are then processed and paid out weekly through AFIX.
