CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE

Browse our plumbing services and choose the option that best matches what you need. Each service clearly explains: What's included / The service price / What the plumber will do / No waiting around for quotes.

TELL US ABOUT THE JOB

Complete a short booking form with your details and a quick description of the problem. You may also be asked to upload photos to help us understand the job. A $59 Booking Deposit is required to submit your booking. If the job goes ahead, the full $59 is deducted from your final amount.

WE FIND YOUR PLUMBER

AFIX matches your booking with a suitable licensed plumber from our network. We handle the coordination for you. You'll be notified once a plumber has been assigned.

YOUR PLUMBER ARRIVES

Your plumber attends during your selected booking window and completes the service you booked. If the issue turns out to be different or needs further investigation, the plumber will explain the next step before any extra work is carried out.

AGREE ON ANY CHANGES

If extra labour, parts, materials or a service upgrade is needed, your plumber will explain the change and cost before continuing. Any agreed changes are reported to AFIX and added to your final invoice.

JOB COMPLETE

Once the work is finished, the plumber submits the required job details and photos through AFIX. You'll also have the chance to let us know if you have any concerns.

PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE

Your $59 Booking Deposit is deducted from your final amount. You'll then receive your final invoice and a secure payment link for the remaining balance. Your final amount may include: Your booked service / Approved extra labour / Approved parts or materials / Approved upgrades or add-ons.

SERVICE HOURS

AFIX operates Monday to Sunday, 7:00am – 5:00pm. Weekend bookings, including Saturday and Sunday, are charged at higher rates than weekday bookings. AFIX does not currently offer services outside of these operating hours.
