1. Select Your Service

Start by browsing our range of no-quote  plumbing services on the AFIX website.
Each service is carefully defined with a clear scope and starting price — covering standard labour and materials for the job.

This means you’re not guessing, waiting for quotes, or dealing with unclear pricing.
You know what you’re booking from the start.

2. Submit Your Request

Once you’ve chosen your service, simply complete a short booking form with your contact details and a brief description of the issue.

To confirm your booking request, you’ll pay a fully deductible $59 Booking Deposit.

This allows us to begin matching your job with the right licensed plumber while reducing fake bookings and no-shows.

The process is quick, secure, and straightforward, and if the job proceeds, your $59 deposit is deducted from your final invoice.

3. We Assign Your Plumber

After your request is submitted, AFIX matches your job with a verified local plumber.

We take care of the coordination behind the scenes — so you don’t need to chase quotes, compare options, or manage multiple trades.
Your plumber is selected based on availability and suitability for the job.

4. Job Completion

Your plumber arrives and completes the service based on the scope you selected.

All no-quote services include standard labour and materials required to complete the job as described.
This ensures consistency, quality, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

5. Transparent Add-Ons (If Required)

If the job requires anything outside the original scope — such as additional parts, extra time, or changes to the service — your plumber will submit an add-on through the AFIX system.

You’ll receive a clear breakdown of the additional cost, and no extra work will proceed without your approval.
This keeps you fully in control and avoids unexpected charges.

6. Secure & Seamless Payment

Once the job is completed, payment is handled securely through AFIX.

Because pricing is agreed upfront — and any changes are approved by you — the entire process remains transparent and stress-free.

Service Hours

AFIX services are delivered during AFIX standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm).

AFIX weekend hours are also 8:00am - 8:00pm. Requests are treated as out-of-hours and incur a fixed $50 surcharge.
